A Meaningful Signature for Women's Employment from Doğanlar Furniture Group!

oğanlar Furniture Group once more emphasized the importance it attaches to women's employment within the scope of the "Women's Hand in Industry Project" signed with the Düzce Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Doğanlar Furniture Group, one of the leading groups in the Turkish furniture industry with its brands Doğtaş, Kelebek, Lova Yatak, Kelebek Mutfak Banyo, and Ruum Store, signed a protocol specific to the "Women's Hand in Industry Project" with the Düzce Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

 

Within the scope of the project, it is aimed to utilize women who have received education but have not yet been able to participate in employment and who are willing to work in order to meet the need for qualified employees in the industry and to meet the labor shortage. The protocol was signed by Aslı Arslan, Human Resources Specialist of Doğanlar Furniture Group, Ömer Acar, Head of Administrative Affairs of Doğanlar Furniture Group, Tuncay Şahin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Düzce CCI, and Serap Küçük, President of Düzce Women Entrepreneurs Council.

İsmail Doğan, CEO of Doğanlar Furniture Group, emphasized qualified human resources in his speech on the subject and stated that Doğanlar Furniture Group has a high rate of 50% female board members and that they wish to expand this rate to the general extent. Explaining that the female employment rate in the Group is 32%, Mr. Doğan emphasized the importance of raising this rate to a higher level and said, "In this regard, the 'Women's Hand in Industry Project' signed with Düzce Chamber of Commerce and Industry is a very valuable project. I believe that qualified women who are willing to work will make a difference in every field of industry. I hope that our female colleagues who will join us with this project will set an example for young people and support more women to take an active role in this field."
