Board of Directors

Muhterem Şenel graduated from the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Boğaziçi University in 2008 and holds an MBA degree from the University of Michigan in the United States. He began his professional career in 2009 as a Project Manager at Ericsson Telekom. Prior to joining Taxim Capital in 2015, he worked as a specialist at Ünlü&Co, one of Türkiye’s leading M&A advisory firms, where he provided M&A advisory services across various sectors ranging from retail and consumer products to infrastructure and financial services.

As a founding team member of Taxim Capital and Alkima Partners, both established to invest in mid-sized companies in Türkiye, Muhterem Şenel has played an active role in private equity investments. As of 2026, he is a founding partner of Hill Street Capital Partners, an investment firm established to invest in mid-sized enterprises in Türkiye with strong growth potential and vision.

Mr. Şenel has been serving as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Doğanlar Furniture Group Manufacturing Industry and Trade Inc. since 13 May 2025.
