orn in Biga, Çanakkale in 1968, İsmail Doğan graduated from Biga Industrial Vocational High School. He acted as Production Manager and Plant Manager at Doğ-Taş Doğanlar Mobilya İmalat Enerji Üretim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. He was the General Manager at Doğ-Taş Doğanlar Mobilya İmalat Enerji Üretim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş from 2004 to 2012. He took part in the Turkish Furniture Manufacturers Association (MOSDER) as the President of Board of Directors in 2016-2017. From 2012 to 2022, Doğan acted as a member of Board of Directors at Doğanlar Holding A.Ş. and CEO at Doğanlar Mobilya Grubu İmalat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. from June 2020 to April 2023.
