Born in Biga, Çanakkale, Doğan Ali Doğan completed his undergraduate studies in English Business Administration at Yeditepe University. He earned his master’s degree in Management from Birkbeck, University of London, and later completed his Master’s in International Business (MIB) at Hult Business School.

Doğan Ali Doğan serves as an Executive Board Member of Doğanlar Holding and Vice Chairman of the Board of Doğyap Construction. He is responsible for construction and investment project management, project development, and strategic growth processes. He takes an active role in the planning, investment, and execution phases of construction projects, contributing to the effective implementation and operational management of projects. In 2026, he began serving as a Board Member of Biotrend Environmental and Energy Investments Inc.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, he is also actively involved in civil society initiatives. He serves as the Chairman of the Uganda Business Council of the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK), contributing to the development of commercial and economic relations between Türkiye and Uganda. He is also a member of the Congress of Fenerbahçe.
